Information you provide
When you submit an estimate request, we collect your name, email, phone, property address and town, preferred visit day and time window, project notes, service selections, quantities, budget preference, and yard concept. We record the time of your contact permission and may add private follow-up notes and a confirmed visit date. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification numbers, access codes, or other sensitive information we do not need for landscaping.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to review your project, respond to your request, prepare estimates, arrange visits, keep business records, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an estimate request allows us to contact you about that request; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list. No payment is collected through this website.
Who receives it
Requests are stored using OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. The business owner can access them in a restricted inbox and export them for business use. Submitted contact information, service selections, visit preferences, notes, and yard-concept details also pass through Formspree to the business Gmail inbox. Formspree and the email provider hold their own copies. We do not publish your request or use this website to sell customer information or share it for targeted advertising.
Service providers process information to operate their services under their own terms and policies: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Formspree, and Google. Information may be processed outside your state or country. Information may also be retained or disclosed when required by law or needed to address a dispute or security incident.
Cookies, drafts, and technical information
The application does not add advertising pixels or analytics tools. Hosting and sign-in providers may use cookies and collect operational information such as network addresses, device or browser information, and access logs. Our estimate form uses a daily hash derived from your network address to limit repeated requests; the estimate record does not contain the raw network address.
Optional draft saving is off until you choose it. If enabled, your package and yard concept are saved in this browser for 30 days from their last update. Expired drafts are removed when you next use the site; browser storage does not run a background deletion timer. Contact form fields are not saved in browser storage. Your privacy choice is remembered for up to 180 days.
Use “Privacy & cookie settings” below to change your choice. Turning draft saving off removes the stored draft while leaving your current work open. You can also clear site data through your browser settings. These controls do not delete submitted requests, email copies, downloaded plans, or cookies belonging to another service. Provider cookies are described in the OpenAI cookie policy.
Retention and removal
Submitted requests do not currently expire automatically. They remain in business systems until reviewed and removed; records needed for ongoing work, legal obligations, or disputes may need to be kept. Website records, Formspree submissions, emails, downloaded exports, and provider backups have separate lifecycles. Deleting one copy does not automatically delete the others.
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion by emailing customlandsnow@gmail.com. Include your request reference if available and describe what you need. Please do not send identification documents. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
Security and your choices
The owner inbox requires sign-in and an owner authorization check. Access controls and other safeguards reduce risk, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You may call us instead of submitting the online form. Browser extensions or device users with access to your browser may be able to see saved drafts.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging property services and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review and address it.
Policy changes
We will update this page when website practices change and revise the effective date. Any future optional tracking or marketing feature will need an appropriate notice and controls before it is enabled.
